Position: Sales Admin

Job Type: Full-Time

🔹 Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and sales orders

  • Assist sales team in preparing invoices, delivery orders, and related documents

  • Maintain and update customer database & filing system

  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for smooth delivery

  • Provide general administrative support to sales operations

🔹 Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or related field

  • 1–2 years of working experience in sales admin or customer service
    (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

  • Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Organized, responsible, and able to work independently
